Responsibilities
You manage your Peter Pane restaurant in all aspects and serve as the primary point of contact for the venue
You lead your team of employees and team leaders and ensure the implementation of system standards and current promotions
You plan your financials and take all necessary measures to achieve your targets
You prepare budget, staffing and KPI plans and continuously monitor them
You coordinate regularly with your team and your supervising Area Manager and report current matters
You lead and drive the day-to-day operations with your Peter Pane team and are willing to pitch in when necessary
Requirements
Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management, or equivalent professional experience in daily operations
Leadership experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d), preferably in system gastronomy (chain restaurant operations)
Valid health certificate
You are a true host and restaurateur and are ready to achieve goals with us
