About the role

  • Assistant General Manager supporting restaurant operations at Peter Pane in München. Overseeing daily activities, team training, and ensuring service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide active support to restaurant management in daily operations and act as a point of contact for staff and team leaders
  • Responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and supporting team leadership and scheduling
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing training to staff on current topics and promotions
  • Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and compliance with procedures and quality and safety standards
  • Work closely with restaurant management and the Peter Pane team to run daily operations and be ready to roll up your sleeves when needed

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality or several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a supervisory/leadership role
  • Genuine hospitality-focused personality
  • A dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
