About the role

  • Store Manager leading our Guimarães Boutique for Pandora, managing sales and team dynamics while meeting targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our Guimarães Boutique
  • Ensure all PANDORA standards in product presentation, sales target achievement and customer service excellence
  • Set the store’s individual objectives, manage budgets and organize team schedules based on productivity goals
  • Analyze store performance through KPIs to positively influence results
  • Implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns
  • Train the team to deliver the best experience to our Fans
  • Develop internal talent to support career progression
  • Manage and analyze stock and orders

Requirements

  • You have a background in retail with at least 3 years of experience
  • You are a true team leader in a dynamic and flexible commercial environment
  • You can manage commercial indicators and have excellent customer orientation
  • You are inspirational, motivating and positive
  • You have a good level of English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with key digital/computer tools
