Responsibilities
Lead our business unit focused on Enterprise/Corporate channels (VARs, system integrators and resellers).
Define and execute the sales strategy for the Enterprise and Corporate channel segment, aligned with the company's growth objectives and partner vendors' targets.
Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performance team. Identify and cultivate talent, build new managers and ensure a robust succession plan for the area.
Strengthen and expand relationships with strategic channel partners (VARs, system integrators, resellers), ensuring their enablement and engagement to sell complex solutions.
Act as the strategic focal point with major technology vendors, negotiating targets, investments and joint business plans.
Drive sales transformation initiatives by implementing new methodologies and tools. Promote a high "Digital IQ" culture, encouraging the use of data and technologies such as AI to optimize performance.
Identify and develop new market opportunities, expanding penetration of Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence solutions through the channel network.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM (forecasting), define KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Requirements
Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in senior sales leadership roles (Director or equivalent).
Proven experience in multinational technology companies, preferably at vendors or large distributors.
Deep understanding of the indirect sales dynamics in Brazil, involving Vendors, Distributors, VARs (Value‑Added Resellers) and System Integrators.
Strong knowledge of complex technology portfolios, including Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) and Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their business and sales applications.
Experience structuring and selling complex IT projects, with understanding of the full lifecycle from conception to delivery.
Practical experience leading organizational or cultural transformation initiatives within sales organizations.
Demonstrated track record of negotiating complex, high‑value deals with customers, channels and vendors.
Fluent English is mandatory (for daily communication with global teams and vendors).
