About the role

  • IT Manager overseeing technology operations and strategy for SourceHub, ensuring alignment with global IT policies. Leading local teams and managing SAP environment for robust IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the local IT strategy and operations, ensuring stability, security, performance, and scalability.
  • Act as the primary IT interface between SourceHub and global technology teams (USA).
  • Ensure compliance with global IT policies, information security, compliance, and governance.
  • Manage the SAP environment, including maintenance, development, integrations, and vendor relationships, aligning solutions with business needs.
  • Plan and drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and technology sourcing processes.
  • Support and lead implementation, integration, and evolution projects for corporate systems.
  • Manage the IT budget (OPEX/CAPEX), focusing on efficiency and strategic prioritization.
  • Lead SAP architecture and integrations, managing vendors and development squads, ensuring technical quality, security, timelines, costs, and alignment with business needs.
  • Define, monitor, and report performance indicators (KPIs) to local and global stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop, and engage the IT team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Serve as a technical and management reference for infrastructure, cloud, corporate systems, workplace, and security topics.
  • Support audits, regulatory demands, and global digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in IT management, preferably in complex or multinational environments.
  • Experience reporting internationally and working with global stakeholders.
  • Broad experience in infrastructure, corporate systems, cloud, information security, and governance.
  • Solid experience with SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA), including management, maintenance, and evolution of the environment, with functional knowledge of FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and/or HCM modules.
  • Proven track record in vendor, contract, and budget management.
  • Fluent English (daily use for meetings, presentations, and reporting to the manager in the USA).
  • Experience in SAP development, with proficiency in ABAP, integrations (IDoc, RFC, APIs, PI/PO, CPI), project leadership, vendor management, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
