IT Intern supporting Aukera's global IT operations with Microsoft 365 administration and user management. Building skills in IT administration and troubleshooting within a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with administrative activities across Aukera’s Microsoft-focused environments, including user account management, device and endpoint administration, and software update support
Support ongoing software licensing activities
Help manage Aukera team members' IT hardware needs, assisting with acquisition, tracking and issue resolution for devices across Aukera offices
Support identification of suppliers and products within budget and system requirements
Assist in analyzing and configuring acquired software tools into Aukera's environment.
Support onboarding of new employees, ensuring their IT setup and equipment are prepared for their start
Help implement security measures to safeguard company data and systems
Assist team members with troubleshooting IT-related issues
Contribute to developing and documenting standard operating procedures for Aukera's day-to-day IT processes
Assist with management of IT hardware stock
Help prioritize tasks and support relationships with Aukera's helpdesk vendor
Requirements
Studying or recent graduate in IT-related field, or equivalent relevant coursework/skills
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams, gained through internships, studies or personal projects
Basic experience with issue resolution for Microsoft/software packages or hardware (e.g., via internships, school projects, or personal use)
Exposure to software rollout in cloud environments
Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration
Interest in API enablement/admin (e.g., NetSuite)
Strong verbal and written skills in English and Romanian are required. Proficiency in an additional language from our offices (i.e. German, Italian) will be an advantage
