About the role

  • IT Supporter managing 1st Level support inquiries and assisting customers in a hybrid role. Contributing to proactive issue reporting and support ticket management with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Do you want to take excellent support to a new level with us?
  • You remain friendly and helpful even if a customer insists on sending a fax?
  • You switch easily between requests, emails, calls and alerts while keeping an overview?
  • Join us full-time as an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) as a central member of our support team and take responsibility for assisting our customers.
  • With your broad technical knowledge you will handle 1st Level support inquiries and tickets.
  • Support users at their organizations and ensure qualified escalation to 2nd & 3rd Level support.
  • Enable proactive error reporting and resolution by monitoring systems.

Requirements

  • You have a completed degree with an IT focus or equivalent vocational training
  • You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft server and client environments and Microsoft 365
  • Careful, structured working style and strong service orientation
  • You have already gained 1–2 years of experience in support, possibly at an IT service provider
  • You are a team player and enjoy working in a collegial environment
  • German (at least B2) and English (at least B2)
