Responsibilities

Follow up on customer requests, including complaints and adjustment requests, in coordination with the responsible teams.
Monitor orders pending billing, identify bottlenecks and contribute to process flow improvements.
Update spreadsheets and systems, keeping billing data and product mix organized and up to date.
Requirements
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Previous experience in administrative routines, billing, commercial support, or operations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
Organized and disciplined in tracking processes, deadlines, and outstanding items.
Good communication skills for interaction with internal departments and, occasionally, with customers.
