About the role

  • Assistant role supporting billing and data management tasks for a global provider of technology solutions. Contributing to project efficiency and client satisfaction through detailed administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the billing process, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate for issuing invoices.
  • Resolve discrepancies by analyzing and correcting inconsistencies in orders, prices, taxes, or customer data.
  • Follow up on customer requests, including complaints and adjustment requests, in coordination with the responsible teams.
  • Monitor orders pending billing, identify bottlenecks and contribute to process flow improvements.
  • Update spreadsheets and systems, keeping billing data and product mix organized and up to date.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous experience in administrative routines, billing, commercial support, or operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Organized and disciplined in tracking processes, deadlines, and outstanding items.
  • Good communication skills for interaction with internal departments and, occasionally, with customers.
