About the role

  • Senior Analyst managing corporate travel at Bradesco, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with internal policies. Engaging with suppliers and supporting employees across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational aspects of business travel, ensuring correct application of corporate agreements and adherence to internal policies.
  • Manage relationships with strategic suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, TMCs - Travel Management Companies), participating in negotiations, commercial discussions and performance meetings.
  • Support and assist employees at all levels, including senior leadership, providing clear, accurate guidance aligned with corporate directives.
  • Analyze and handle specific requests with a consultative approach, especially for urgent or complex matters.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows and sector meetings, representing the company and strengthening relationships with market partners.
  • Manage and reconcile corporate card activity, ensuring compliance, financial control and risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of area processes, proposing data-driven suggestions and travel industry best practices.
  • Analyze and control payments for virtual cards and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in corporate travel, with in-depth knowledge of ecosystem routines (hotel, air, car rental, TMCs and travel policies).
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with strategic suppliers.
  • Proficiency in corporate card management and understanding of associated financial flows.
  • Ability to interact with users at various levels, including serving senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and key performance indicators.
  • Autonomy, maturity and confidence in decision-making in complex or urgent situations.
  • Clear communication, consultative demeanor and emotional resilience.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience in projects implementing or revising travel policies.
  • Knowledge of invoicing, accounts payable or financial reconciliations related to travel.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking platforms and market trends.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (for engagement with international suppliers).
  • Experience with SLAs, process audits and journey mapping.
