Responsibilities
Structure and execute the training strategy for one of the learning schools (Culture & Operations, Customer Service, or Fashion);
Design training strategies with seamless, hybrid learning journeys (in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous) focused on results;
Develop training programs using innovative methodologies that drive behavioral change and generate real impact in teams' daily routines;
Link people development to store commercial performance, with a clear view of business impact;
Assess the impact of learning initiatives on business metrics, connecting development to performance;
Work with project management and cross-functional influence, ensuring deliveries within agreed timelines, scopes, and quality standards;
Monitor education vendors and ensure adherence to technical, aesthetic, and strategic expectations;
Track the performance of learning products under your responsibility, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Communications, Engineering, or related fields;
Previous experience in Corporate Education, Learning & Development, or similar areas;
Experience in instructional design and building learning solutions;
Experience working in data- and metrics-driven environments;
Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration;
Preferably experience in retail contexts, sales forces, or operational environments;
Experience managing vendors;
Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools to support productivity and innovation is desirable;
Clear communication and influencing skills;
Ability to navigate between business priorities and people development;
Interest in and sensitivity to fashion and the retail universe, bringing an aspirational tone to trainings;
A keen eye for diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in learning solutions;
Willingness to learn, experiment, and evolve solutions;
Available to work in a hybrid model, with presence at headquarters 3 to 4 times per week and regular store visits;
