About the role
- Analyst for M&A focusing on financial modeling to acquire assets and supporting the management controls. Engaging with market studies and post-acquisition integration processes.
Responsibilities
- Financial modeling for asset acquisitions;
- Preparation of committee materials for transaction approvals;
- Support for the department's management controls;
- Market and industry studies;
- Monitoring ongoing due diligence processes;
- Negotiation of transactions and contracts;
- Interface with the integrations team during the post-acquisition process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics;
- Proficiency in valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples, among others);
- Previous M&A experience (buy-side or sell-side);
- Project feasibility analysis (NPV, IRR, payback);
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and ability to work autonomously.
