Requirements

  • Experience or knowledge in secretarial duties, materials control, and third-party/vendor management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with different departments and professional profiles.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities — essential for handling multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in tools: Outlook; Microsoft Office (intermediate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Teams (meeting scheduling).
