About the role

  • Sales Engineer managing technical integrations with partners for Pagaleve's payment solutions. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure functionality and improve integrated workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support existing integrations with partners, ensuring stability, performance, quality, and availability of technical connections.
  • Identify and address incidents, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in integrated flows.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve and expand Pagaleve products within partner platforms, including new flows, APIs, features, and technical enhancements.
  • Support initiatives to increase coverage and adoption of products via integrations.
  • Monitor, test, and validate technical improvements together with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure correct implementation and operation of integrations in production.
  • Map, document, and keep technical and functional integration flows up to date.
  • Document and maintain technical and functional integration flows, ensuring clarity, standardization, and ease of understanding for internal teams and partners.
  • Act as a technical support point for integrator partners.
  • Assist in resolving questions, technical adjustments, incidents, and improvements related to active integrations.
  • Participate in technical meetings with partners and internal teams.
  • Support requirement gathering, identifying improvements, and prioritizing requests on the technical roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Key Account, Integration Analyst, Developer, or a similar role.
  • Experience with technical integrations and partner relationship management.
  • Hands-on experience with technical integrations such as AWS (DynamoDB and CloudWatch for request analysis and testing).
  • Understanding of system architecture, authentication, and communication between services.
  • Knowledge of payment products, gateways, acquirers, reconciliation, or financial solutions.
