About the role

  • General Manager at PadelHub overseeing operations and expanding Padel business in Luzern. Engaging in customer management, finance, and social media presence with significant responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and communicate clearly
  • Issue and pay invoices and manage the company's finances
  • Maintain social media presence
  • Maintain the website and Playtomic profile and perform simple updates
  • Manage sponsorships and approach new partners
  • Resolve operational issues and coordinate with our partners (craftsmen, suppliers, software providers)
  • Support projects such as building new facilities, improving infrastructure, or optimizing processes
  • Develop tournaments and events, deepen partnerships, test your own ideas, introduce new commercial strategies, take full ownership of projects, or further automate processes.
