About the role

  • Customer Service Supervisor leading a team of representatives at Pacific Life Insurance Company. Focused on coaching, performance, and service delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively coaching your team to meet benchmarks for quality and productivity
  • Meeting with staff regularly to focus on skill development and performance
  • Creating a pipeline of talented staff ready for future roles
  • Collaborating with peers on responding to escalated service requests
  • Participating in interviewing new hires, identifying talent, and onboarding new staff
  • Collaborating on workflow to ensure great service is delivered in a timely manner

Requirements

  • SIE and Series 6 license required
  • Proven coaching and leadership experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, resourcefulness and accountability
  • Knowledge of Pacific Life Insurance products
  • Call center experience
  • Team management experience.
