Responsibilities
Leads customer escalation support team that is responsible for managing challenging customer inference cases as recognized subject matter experts.

Reports out, provides updates and corrective actions in alignment of the Lean Management model.
Develops new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings and recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience
2+ years of job-related experience
