About the role

  • Principal Program Manager driving organizational change and safety excellence for PG&E's Electric Operations. Leading complex change management initiatives and advising senior leadership on strategy and risks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop complex change management approaches, plans, and tactics for large and complex change management initiatives to support Electric Operations
  • Advise and communicate risks and strategies to senior leadership
  • Lead development of change management programs, goals, and success measures
  • Oversee tasks and activities pertaining to projects requiring advanced organizational and analytical skills
  • Mentor less experienced change management practitioners and provide subject matter expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of related experience or equivalent
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training others within the scope of change management
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or other industry recognized certification
  • Two years professional experience within a Safety related field
