About the role

  • HR Business Solutions Consultant leading digitalization projects focused on Payroll and HR process optimization in Switzerland. Collaborating with organizations for efficiency and transformation in HR workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead exciting digitalization projects in business software with a focus on payroll, HR process optimization, and ongoing development
  • Support the continuous improvement of existing HR processes and contribute to increasing efficiency within organizations
  • Analyze and optimize business processes across various industries
  • Advise and support organizations from project start to completion, with particular attention to HR requirements
  • Organize and lead workshops and training sessions on HR processes and digital solutions
  • Support and further develop ERP systems

Requirements

  • Professional experience in HR/payroll, or a strong technical background with a pronounced IT affinity
  • Completed commercial/business education, a technical IT background, or an equivalent qualification
  • Further education in business informatics or business administration at HF (higher vocational) or FH (university of applied sciences) level, or an equivalent qualification
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization, process optimization, and the development of HR workflows
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
