Responsibilities
- Independently lead exciting digitalization projects in business software with a focus on payroll, HR process optimization, and ongoing development
- Support the continuous improvement of existing HR processes and contribute to increasing efficiency within organizations
- Analyze and optimize business processes across various industries
- Advise and support organizations from project start to completion, with particular attention to HR requirements
- Organize and lead workshops and training sessions on HR processes and digital solutions
- Support and further develop ERP systems
Requirements
- Professional experience in HR/payroll, or a strong technical background with a pronounced IT affinity
- Completed commercial/business education, a technical IT background, or an equivalent qualification
- Further education in business informatics or business administration at HF (higher vocational) or FH (university of applied sciences) level, or an equivalent qualification
- Enthusiasm for digitalization, process optimization, and the development of HR workflows
- Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
