About the role

  • Experienced Property Manager responsible for logistics properties across Poland. Join P3, a leading European warehouse provider focusing on sustainable development.

Responsibilities

  • PM services in relation to the real estate properties owned by the Employer.
  • Third parties’ legal documentation agenda related to administration and maintenance of the properties.
  • Documentation related to suppliers' invoices.
  • Tenants’ documentation (update, collect, check).
  • Technical operation and maintenance documentation/ agenda.
  • Planning, and coordinating technical operation and maintenance of the properties.
  • Insurance documentation/agenda administration.
  • Close and effective communication and coordination with all P3 departments (especially with the financial and management teams of the Employer.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management of the company.

Requirements

  • Property Management experience in relevant field (industrial, retail, office etc.)
  • Pro-client, team player and collaborative approach
  • Responsibility and ability to solve issues independently
  • Analytical skills (working with Excel and ERP systems, budget planning and execution, etc.)
  • Driving license (category B) and willingness to travel
  • Polish (native or bilingual) and English (professional working level - both written and spoken)
