Responsibilities
You handle incidents at 2nd to 3rd level support and identify efficient solutions
You analyze and resolve more complex technical issues
You resolve incidents directly via phone, remote access, or on-site
You manage infrastructure, servers, and networks
You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., instructions and manuals)
You handle user and permissions management
You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders across the company
Requirements
Completed training in the field of computer science/IT or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge of Windows Server and M365/Azure
Proven professional experience in ICT support
Driver's license (category B) is an advantage
German, spoken and written (C1)
English at least B2 (working proficiency)
