About the role

  • ICT-Support Engineer resolving technical issues and handling 2nd to 3rd level support tasks for p3b AG. Collaborating on complex IT infrastructure and providing user support in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • You handle incidents at 2nd to 3rd level support and identify efficient solutions
  • You analyze and resolve more complex technical issues
  • You resolve incidents directly via phone, remote access, or on-site
  • You manage infrastructure, servers, and networks
  • You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., instructions and manuals)
  • You handle user and permissions management
  • You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders across the company

Requirements

  • Completed training in the field of computer science/IT or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and M365/Azure
  • Proven professional experience in ICT support
  • Driver's license (category B) is an advantage
  • German, spoken and written (C1)
  • English at least B2 (working proficiency)
