Responsibilities
Lead and develop subordinate employees
Contribute to market monitoring and analysis of market requirements
Optimize internal communication
Responsible for shaping our software products
Ensure continuous improvement of product quality and coordinate release planning
Manage approvals/releases of hardware and software
Responsible for preparing and implementing sales support measures
Support and assist dealers and end customers with ISGUS pilot projects
Coordinate the organization of the hotline and ensure on-call availability
Strengthen the service-oriented mindset within the department
Responsible for the quality of in-house training
Requirements
Degree in IT or a comparable qualification
Ideally several years of experience in a similar position
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Empathy and social intelligence
High level of service orientation
Excellent communication skills with persuasive ability
Very good analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented approach
Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Willingness to travel as required to resolve project issues
Good command of English is an advantage
