About the role

  • Head of Marketing leading acquisition strategy for a web data gathering company. Responsible for driving revenue growth through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated acquisition roadmap (Paid, SEO, Affiliate) that aligns with Webshare’s revenue targets.
  • Oversee high scale budgets across our paid channels ensuring top tier efficiency and ROAS.
  • Partner with the SEO team & agency to prioritize high-intent, commercially valuable organic traffic that reduces our blended CAC over time.
  • Grow our affiliate network, identifying new partners and platforms that reach our core audience.
  • Use market intelligence tools to map the user journey from first click to final conversion.
  • Mentor and grow a team of senior specialists, instilling a 'revenue first' mindset across the acquisition squad.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a full‑funnel performance marketing team.
  • Hands‑on experience with multiple ad platforms: Google Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Other market intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • B2B/SaaS advertising experience is an advantage.
  • Customer Value Management experience (email and CRM marketing) is an advantage.
