About the role

  • Junior Performance Marketing Executive for FARFETCH's global Affiliate Marketing channel, focusing on affiliate recruitment and campaign management in a collaborative marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the global long tail affiliates, building relationships and developing compelling campaigns
  • Recruiting and activating new affiliates to diversify our affiliate mix and expand our audience reach
  • Updating reports and analysing marketing activities to highlight key performance insights and present these to senior colleagues
  • Collaborating with the Trade and Creative teams to support key trading moments in the FARFETCH promotional calendar
  • Monitoring affiliate tracking, feed issues, and fraudulent activity to ensure the channel is running smoothly
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and highlighting these to the team
  • Undertaking on-the-job training to develop technical and communication skills and an understanding of FARFETCH

Requirements

  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing and/or Digital Marketing
  • Experience analysing and drawing insights from datasets
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and are comfortable in producing reports, using formulas and building pivot tables
  • Experience in marketing administration and reporting platforms
  • Precise, collaborative, and produces work to a high-quality standard
  • Secondary European language a bonus
