Responsibilities
Drive a comprehensive, forward-looking marketing strategy aligned to Trulioo’s growth objectives and commercialization roadmap.
Lead the strategic shift to a modern, AI-first marketing operating model, embedding AI into campaign development, targeting, reporting, and execution.
Establish persistent, consistent messaging that clarifies Trulioo’s voice and differentiates the platform.
Align marketing tightly with Sales, Product, and GTM teams to ensure measurable commercial impact.
Define clear performance metrics across SQLs, conversion, pipeline influence, and brand lift.
Oversee brand development and guide the company toward a cohesive and potentially refreshed market identity.
Ensure strong, consistent positioning across all marketing surfaces.
Lead refinement of product and solution taxonomy to streamline commercialization and clarify value propositions.
Drive executive alignment on messaging, including buyer personas and sector positioning.
Lead targeted demand generation programs across digital, ABM, events, and integrated GTM sequences.
Deliver demand reporting to ensure explicit outcomes and measurable actions.
Optimize SEO, AEO, GEO, and digital visibility strategies.
Develop and execute a content engine spanning owned, earned, and executive-generated content.
Oversee creation of high-impact assets, including whitepapers, solution briefs, and sector use cases.
Position Trulioo as a connected intelligence and risk signals leader in identity, fraud, and AI governance.
Collaborate with Product leadership to develop clear go-to-market strategies.
Support the commercialization of emerging AI-powered capabilities.
Deliver compelling sales enablement materials, translating product capabilities into business outcomes.
Lead global public relations efforts to elevate brand visibility.
Develop strong relationships with media, analysts, and industry influencers.
Guide crisis communications and reputation management.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization.
Recruit and develop leaders across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Insights, Content, and Events.
Embed AI tools and data intelligence into daily marketing workflows.
Foster a culture of experimentation, measurable execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in enterprise B2B technology organizations.
Proven success scaling marketing in fintech, identity, fraud, payments, or regulated technology sectors.
Experience building integrated marketing engines that tie brand, demand, insights, and product marketing into unified growth motions.
Demonstrated experience in modernizing marketing through AI, automation, and analytics.
Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership capability.
