Responsibilities
This internship will analyse the Well Hook Up Engineering Process.
Develop a level 4 schedule of the well hook up process from engineering to production.
Site visits, includes well coordinates, flow line routing optimization, identification of suitable tie-ins.
Performing hydraulics calculations with an understanding of API/ASME standards – w.r.to line size and back pressure.
Reviewing and understanding control narratives, cause and effects.
Preparing dossiers for commissioning.
Exposure to piping and mechanical scope through construction and mechanical completion.
Following at least one ongoing well activity during their 6-week internship.
Interaction with EP and reservoir teams to understand how data is obtained and used as the basis for detailed engineering by JGC.
Reviewing JGC deliverables for better exposure and learning.
Maintain "As built" of the Technique key documents and drawings such as PFD, P&ID, C&E, Plot plan, HAC drawing.

Fluent English & French required
Arabic beneficial
Basic knowledge of Engineering principals
Strong Software skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
Basic knowledge of HSE principals
Familiarity with industry standards (API, ASME)
Critical thinking for optimizing processes
Ability to prepare and give presentation
Clear written & verbal communication in English & French
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
