Responsibilities
Identifier et attirer des profils IT variés : développeurs, ingénieurs IT, consultant en stratégie, chefs de projet IT, etc.
Conduire le processus de recrutement de A à Z : rédaction d’annonces, sourcing, entretiens, suivi des candidats et reporting.
Collaborer étroitement avec les managers et les consultants pour comprendre leurs besoins techniques et anticiper les compétences recherchées.
Participer à la promotion de la marque employeur et à la présence de l’entreprise dans les forums.
Requirements
Expérience confirmée de 3 ans dans un environnement de IT, digitaux et conseil.
Bachelor ou équivalent en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie ou Management.
Bonnes connaissances des profils techniques et digitaux.
Excellent relationnel, autonome et sens de l’organisation.
Bonnes connaissances des outils et techniques de sourcing.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (l’allemand est un plus)
