About the role

  • Head of Account Management leading the international Account Management organization for Ovoko, one of Europe's fastest-growing e-commerce startups. Focusing on supplier engagement and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop your team of Account Managers across multiple international markets;
  • Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Support, Sales, Shipping) to ensure communications are relevant, personalized, and on-brand;
  • Create a scalable scrapyard engagement model - we want to keep scrapyards engaged without having to scale the Account Management headcount linearly;
  • Working hand in hand with Sales Ops and Product Marketing Manager create and implement the supplier lifecycle strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in marketplaces or SaaS is a major plus.
  • Proven experience managing and expanding a business portfolio through a team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency
  • Fluent in English
