Responsibilities
Act as the strategic business partner to Sales leadership, providing insights, tools, and recommendations to accelerate performance
Own territory design, account segmentation, and coverage models aligned to growth goals
Lead the end-to-end forecasting process, leveraging AI and historical data to improve accuracy and visibility
Design and iterate on quota methodologies and compensation plans in partnership with Finance and Sales
Build and maintain full-funnel analytics and dashboards to surface GTM insights and opportunities
Stand up and scale deal desk processes, supporting quoting, pricing strategy, approvals, and contract workflows
Drive automation and AI adoption across sales workflows (CPQ, enrichment, approvals, contract strategy)
Own and evolve core sales tech stack (Salesforce, Forecasting Tools, Gong, CPQ, etc.) to improve rep productivity and operating leverage
Lead closed-won deal reviews to extract learnings and drive iterative improvements across pricing, packaging, and sales motion
Requirements
5–8+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or strategic GTM roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies, with Experience managing and leading Teams
Strong command of Salesforce and sales tech stack (Clari, CPQ tools, Gong, enrichment tools)
Experience owning forecasting, quota design, and territory planning end-to-end
Deep analytical skills; fluent in Excel/Sheets and BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Sigma
Proven ability to introduce automation, AI tools, and scalable systems that drive sales efficiency
Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Legal
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—able to prioritize and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
