About the role

  • Director of Marketing Operations at Overjet building marketing operations infrastructure. Collaborating with sales and finance to drive measurable business impact in dental AI space.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Overjet’s marketing operations foundation, including systems, automation, and analytics.
  • Own marketing tech stack strategy (HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution, intent, enrichment, and reporting tools).
  • Partner with demand gen and sales ops to optimize lead flow, scoring, routing, and funnel conversion.
  • Develop dashboards and insights to measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Drive process excellence - campaign planning, data hygiene, governance, and enablement.
  • Manage and mentor a small but growing team across marketing operations and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to align marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience scaling marketing ops through $40M–$100M+ revenue growth.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot (or Marketo), and multi-touch attribution tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Track record of partnering cross-functionally with sales, finance, and exec teams.
  • A bias for action and a builder’s mindset - you thrive in fast-moving, startup environments.
