About the role

  • Sales Manager driving sales performance for Outokumpu in Turkey, North Africa, Middle East, and Caucasus markets. Guiding customers and collaborating with teams to implement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance within the Growth Market Team and Advanced Materials division
  • Work with Turkey’s, North Africa’s, Middle East & Caucasus markets
  • Guide customers, ensuring they have the tools for success
  • Pay regular visits to current and new customers abroad
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to meet common KPIs
  • Manage Outokumpu Stainless BV’s legal entity in Türkiye
  • Implement Outokumpu’s vision and strategy in Türkiye

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Degree in a technical field – advantageous
  • 5 years of experience as sales manager or representative with a track record of meeting targets
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and business acumen
  • English and Turkish fluency (French or Arabic is a plus)
  • Experienced in CRM and customer relations
  • Agile, structured, and results-oriented
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Preferably, located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
