About the role

  • Talent Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for Our Future Health. Collaborates with hiring managers and enhances inclusion and diversity in recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Inclusive Recruitment: Create equitable processes that ensure fair outcomes for all, and actively foster diversity within our organisation.
  • Talent Pipelining: Build and nurture relationships with future talent, staying ahead of industry trends to keep our organisation competitive.
  • Seamless Candidate Experience: Support candidates through every step of the process, from applications to interviews, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead or contribute to impactful projects that elevate our Talent Acquisition practices and positively influence the wider People & Culture team.

Requirements

  • Experienced in recruitment: You’ve managed end-to-end recruitment across a variety of disciplines, crafting effective strategies to find even the most niche skillsets.
  • An exceptional communicator: With high emotional intelligence and curiosity, you know how to ask the right questions and listen with intent.
  • Committed to inclusion: You’re passionate about creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds and ensuring everyone has an equitable chance to succeed.
