Responsibilities
Support the digital merchandising team with basic coordination for campaign planning.
Assist the data team by collecting performance numbers and helping prepare simple reports for targeted campaigns.
Support the setup of real-time and personalized rule-based marketing campaigns.
Execute and monitor daily campaigns on inbound channels such as SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and email.
Provide general support to different internal stakeholders as needed.
Assist with pre- and post-campaign analysis by gathering data and preparing initial summaries.
Help monitor campaign performance and support ROI reporting with guidance from senior analysts.
Assist in creating simple audience segments and executing daily campaigns.
Shadow senior analysts throughout the full CRM journey, from brainstorming to reporting to learn tools and processes.
Develop a basic understanding of cross-channel marketing and customer experience (UX).
Requirements
0-2 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, MIS, or Engineering
Basic understanding of data-driven platforms (university projects or internships are welcome).
Beginner-level Python knowledge (data cleaning or simple manipulation is a plus, not mandatory).
Awareness of A/B testing concepts.
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
Introductory SQL knowledge (ability to learn and grow).
Exposure to tools like Google Data Studio or similar dashboards is an advantage.
Strong interest in data analytics, CRM, and digital marketing.
Positive, proactive, and willing to learn.
Curiosity about new trends, tools, and data capabilities.
Strong attention to detail, with a responsible and questioning mindset.
