**Role Overview**
The Salesforce Re-Architecture Project Manager is the execution lead and facilitator responsible for ensuring that all resources and stakeholders remain aligned, productive, and on schedule. This role owns the day-to-day execution and timeline of the Salesforce re-architecture initiative, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with clear, consistent communication across all parties.
**Purpose**
To manage the daily execution and overall roadmap of the Salesforce re-architecture project, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and flow management.
**Project & Timeline Management**
Create, maintain, and actively monitor the master project roadmap and timeline.
Adjust schedules and milestones based on sprint outcomes and project progress.
Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and agreed deliverables.
**Stakeholder Coordination**
Lead scoping sessions, sprint planning meetings, and key project touchpoints.
Proactively follow up with business leaders to validate requirements and decisions.
Ensure continuous alignment and smooth flow of information across stakeholders.
**Reporting & Accountability**
Produce weekly and monthly progress reports for the Executive Committee.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proposing mitigation plans.
Maintain transparency on project status, trade-offs, and decisions.
**Flow & Communication Management**
Act as the central point of communication between business stakeholders and the Salesforce Architecture team.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for technical teams.
Ensure priorities are well understood and execution remains focused.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and roadmap management.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including senior business leaders.
Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or similar roles.
Experience working with Salesforce projects or CRM transformations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks; PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
