- Mechanical Manager overseeing mechanical work on cutting edge technology mega projects. Directing completion of projects with strong leadership in Indiana, USA.
Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical works in conjunction with the supervision team and the contractors
- Mechanical work schedule and progress including utilities connection and partial handover schedule for fit out contractor with the client coordination
- Initiate review of mechanical tender design and construction design for MEP director of PM
- Manager mechanical design and changes including verification of cost and time impact on the project
- Manager mechanical technical, quality and safety issues
- Coordinate with local authorities for permits and licenses relating to mechanical work completion
- Prepare periodic and non-periodic reports with respect to mechanical work progress and technical issues
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience, with 5 plus years in similar roles
- Expert in construction project management and mechanical engineering
- Strong business ethics, integrity, and ability to perform in highly autonomous environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and local officials
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical groups in a fast-paced environment, while handling large volumes of work and multi-tasking
- Bilingual English-Korean technical speaking required.
