About the role

  • HR Specialist at Adistec responsible for payroll processing and compliance with labor laws. Managing employee data and supporting internal and external audits in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process the monthly payroll (hires, terminations, vacations, contributions, etc.)
  • Verify labor calculations and social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF)
  • Be familiar with eSocial, DCTFWeb and other ancillary obligations
  • Manage and update employee records
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll
  • Support internal and external audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Previous experience with payroll
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Experience with payroll components
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Intermediate/Advanced Spanish desirable
