About the role

  • HR Intern supporting initiatives in a people-first culture for sustainable energy solutions. Gaining practical experience in HR operations, technology, and people analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and documentation of HR Shared Services processes, including intake models, workflows, service catalogs, and standard operating procedures
  • Assist with evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve HR productivity, efficiency, and service delivery
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, or improved employee experience
  • Analyze employee engagement and survey data to identify trends, gaps, and focus areas for improvement
  • Help develop data-backed action plans, summaries, and recommendations to address engagement insights
  • Prepare presentation materials, dashboards, and written summaries for HR and People leadership
  • Provide project coordination support, including meeting notes, action tracking, and cross-functional follow-ups

Requirements

  • Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026
  • Prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August)
  • Be based in the Denver Metro area
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
