Responsibilities
Support a job architecture project by assisting with analysis, documentation, and coordination activities
Draft, revise, and help manage communication materials and resources for stakeholders
Provide project management support by scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and following up on action items
Build and maintain Excel-based models to analyze compensation scenarios
Assist with compensation tools and recurring reporting
Update and maintain stakeholder-facing tools and templates
Requirements
Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026
Prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August)
