About the role

  • HR Intern supporting job architecture and compensation initiatives at CLEAResult. Assisting with project coordination, stakeholder communications, data modeling, and compensation reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support a job architecture project by assisting with analysis, documentation, and coordination activities
  • Draft, revise, and help manage communication materials and resources for stakeholders
  • Provide project management support by scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and following up on action items
  • Build and maintain Excel-based models to analyze compensation scenarios
  • Assist with compensation tools and recurring reporting
  • Update and maintain stakeholder-facing tools and templates

Requirements

  • Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026
  • Prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August)
  • Based in the St. Louis, MO Metro Area
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
