Responsibilities
- Support the planning, creation, and execution of Osigu’s communication and marketing initiatives, contributing to brand positioning, internal alignment, and external visibility across Brazil and other regions.
- Support planning and creation of LinkedIn content, with guidance and review from the Comms & Marketing team.
- Research industry trends, sector news, and benchmarks to support content development.
- Draft and edit press releases in Portuguese and English.
- Assist in drafting and adapting internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
- Assist in drafting or adapting communication materials for leads, including sales decks, email marketing content, and LinkedIn ads.
- Support the preparation of materials for customer training sessions and product releases.
- Support internal and external event activities, including logistics, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
- Organize documents and track communication and marketing requests from internal teams.
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external newsletters.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent written communication in Portuguese and English.
- Experience creating and editing graphic and audiovisual content.
- Advanced English.
- Spanish (nice to have).
- Experience in event management and social media (especially LinkedIn) is a plus.
