About the role

  • Responsible for managing digital products and marketing strategy at CITIA. Overseeing web projects and CRM deployment to enhance visitor engagement at the animation festival.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a methodology to collect all requirements and prioritize change requests for each product
  • Oversee the management of evolution projects for websites and PWAs: new features, user experience, digital products
  • Oversee tender processes, selection, and scoping of digital service providers
  • Define, manage and monitor budgets, purchase orders and invoicing
  • Ensure consistency of processes across all needs
  • Produce documentation and business reference frameworks
  • Provide internal visibility on project phasing
  • Liaise with the Communications team to design and disseminate information related to digital product updates
  • Conduct active monitoring and provide recommendations as part of continuous improvement of the various tools
  • Lead activities related to the deployment of a CRM tool
  • Implement the tools and processes necessary for CRM data acquisition, segmentation and analysis
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters
  • Upgrade audience measurement tools to optimize tracking of web performance and newsletter open rates
  • Contribute to the design of digital campaigns in collaboration with the Communications team

Requirements

  • Education and a minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex digital projects
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Drupal environments
  • Strong Product Management skills and expertise in digital acquisition
  • Functional knowledge of web technologies and applications
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles
  • Experience in deploying CRM tools
  • Understanding of data-related challenges and digital marketing levers
  • Understanding of GDPR requirements and consent management
  • Analytical mindset and decision-making ability
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Strong coordination skills and a collaborative spirit
