Responsible for managing digital products and marketing strategy at CITIA. Overseeing web projects and CRM deployment to enhance visitor engagement at the animation festival.
Responsibilities
Develop a methodology to collect all requirements and prioritize change requests for each product
Oversee the management of evolution projects for websites and PWAs: new features, user experience, digital products
Oversee tender processes, selection, and scoping of digital service providers
Define, manage and monitor budgets, purchase orders and invoicing
Ensure consistency of processes across all needs
Produce documentation and business reference frameworks
Provide internal visibility on project phasing
Liaise with the Communications team to design and disseminate information related to digital product updates
Conduct active monitoring and provide recommendations as part of continuous improvement of the various tools
Lead activities related to the deployment of a CRM tool
Implement the tools and processes necessary for CRM data acquisition, segmentation and analysis
Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters
Upgrade audience measurement tools to optimize tracking of web performance and newsletter open rates
Contribute to the design of digital campaigns in collaboration with the Communications team
Requirements
Education and a minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex digital projects
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Proficient with Microsoft 365
Familiarity with Drupal environments
Strong Product Management skills and expertise in digital acquisition
Functional knowledge of web technologies and applications
Knowledge of UX/UI principles
Experience in deploying CRM tools
Understanding of data-related challenges and digital marketing levers
Understanding of GDPR requirements and consent management
Analytical mindset and decision-making ability
Management and leadership skills
Strong coordination skills and a collaborative spirit
