Responsibilities
Close deals against your own sales quota while enabling your team to exceed targets
Own the POD’s revenue results and build a predictable pipeline through metrics-driven leadership
Coach, develop, and upskill AEs and Working Students into high-performing sales professionals in an international environment
Run weekly pipeline reviews and provide hands-on support
Drive continuous improvement through testing, optimization, and sharing of best practices
Ensure rigorous process discipline across CRM, forecasting, and deal execution
Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Partner Management to grow the pipeline
Serve as the cultural anchor for speed, teamwork, and commitment
Requirements
5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in high-velocity or mid-market sales environments; experience in hyper-scaling, international organizations is a plus
Proven track record as a B2B AE with team leadership responsibilities and consistent overachievement of targets
Strong motivation and ability to build, coach, and scale high-velocity sales teams
Solid understanding of high-volume funnels, fast sales cycles, and conversion optimization
Performance-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, optimization opportunities, and speed levers
High-energy, fast learner, and resilient
Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are a strong advantage
