About the role

  • Team Lead managing international Sales POD for one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B software companies. Leading a high-performing team to drive revenue velocity and optimize digital sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Close deals against your own sales quota while enabling your team to exceed targets
  • Own the POD’s revenue results and build a predictable pipeline through metrics-driven leadership
  • Coach, develop, and upskill AEs and Working Students into high-performing sales professionals in an international environment
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews and provide hands-on support
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, optimization, and sharing of best practices
  • Ensure rigorous process discipline across CRM, forecasting, and deal execution
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Partner Management to grow the pipeline
  • Serve as the cultural anchor for speed, teamwork, and commitment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in high-velocity or mid-market sales environments; experience in hyper-scaling, international organizations is a plus
  • Proven track record as a B2B AE with team leadership responsibilities and consistent overachievement of targets
  • Strong motivation and ability to build, coach, and scale high-velocity sales teams
  • Solid understanding of high-volume funnels, fast sales cycles, and conversion optimization
  • Performance-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, optimization opportunities, and speed levers
  • High-energy, fast learner, and resilient
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are a strong advantage
