CRM Campaign Specialist executing CRM campaigns and automation strategies for Orion Innovation. Working in a hybrid environment with required intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
Configuración y ejecución de campañas CRM (email, push y SMS)
Segmentación de audiencias (básica a intermedia)
QA de campañas (links, personalización, journeys)
Coordinación con equipos de diseño y contenido
Monitoreo de envíos y resolución de incidencias
Generación de reportes de desempeño (open rate, CTR, conversiones)
Apoyo en la construcción de journeys (onboarding, engagement, reactivación)
Gestión y seguimiento de tracking y UTMs
Requirements
3 a 5 años de experiencia en CRM, Email Marketing o Marketing Automation
Experiencia con herramientas como Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot o similares
Conocimiento básico/intermedio de segmentación de audiencias
Inglés intermedio-avanzado (indispensable)
Atención al detalle y enfoque operativo
Deseable: conocimiento básico de SQL o análisis de datos
