About the role

Responsibilities

- Conduct commercial reviews of sites, customer contracts, and cost structures to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Provide key inputs for consolidated P&L, capex reviews, mid‑month estimates, and monthly reporting.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes across business functions.
- Build financial models and business cases to support capital requests in line with Group standards.
- Challenge business assumptions and partner with leaders to deliver expected returns.
- Support working capital optimisation and drive cash maximisation efforts across the business.
- Engage with leaders at multiple levels, including C‑suite, to translate financial insights into action.
- Build strong, trusted relationships that enable clear communication, transparency, and shared accountability.
- Provide objective financial guidance that supports strategy, transformation, and operational execution.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with 7+ years post‑qualification experience
- Strong commercial and strategic finance acumen
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence across functions
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables
- Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and problem‑solving capability
- Resilience, adaptability, and confidence operating in both strategic and hands‑on environments
