About the role
- IT Support Analyst providing initial support for Protheus ERP users at Orguel. Involves managing service desk requests and creating training documentation.
Responsibilities
- Handling tickets via the Service Desk system, providing initial support to users;
- Analysis and resolution of issues related to the Protheus ERP, including guiding users on system usage;
- Remote support to restore IT operations and services, ensuring continuity of business processes;
- Escalation of tickets to the Support Analyst when necessary, after first-level resolution options have been exhausted;
- Preparation of training sessions, manuals, and internal procedure documentation to assist in user onboarding and skill development.
Requirements
- Students from the 3rd semester onward in Information Systems or related fields;
- We are looking for someone creative and communicative, eager to learn and able to contribute to improvements;
- Knowledge of T-SQL or equivalent languages;
- Knowledge of Protheus;
- Enrolled in a postgraduate program in Technology and/or related areas.
