IT Support Analyst providing initial support for Protheus ERP users at Orguel. Involves managing service desk requests and creating training documentation.
Responsibilities
Handling tickets via the Service Desk system, providing initial support to users;
Analysis and resolution of issues related to the Protheus ERP, including guiding users on system usage;
Remote support to restore IT operations and services, ensuring continuity of business processes;
Escalation of tickets to the Support Analyst when necessary, after first-level resolution options have been exhausted;
Preparation of training sessions, manuals, and internal procedure documentation to assist in user onboarding and skill development.
Requirements
Students from the 3rd semester onward in Information Systems or related fields;
We are looking for someone creative and communicative, eager to learn and able to contribute to improvements;
Knowledge of T-SQL or equivalent languages;
Knowledge of Protheus;
Enrolled in a postgraduate program in Technology and/or related areas.
