About the role
- Senior System Engineer configuring and managing SINA product components at Xecuro GmbH in Bonn. Overseeing lifecycle management and establishing network security relations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage all components of the SINA product portfolio via SINA Management, including user administration
- Manage the full lifecycle of SINA products, including installation, configuration, updates and maintenance
- Build, configure and administer the networks to be protected and define the security relationships between SINA components
- Perform fault analysis within the SINA environment and in the virtual guest systems of the SINA workstation
- Produce technical documentation for implemented procedures and infrastructure
- Implement mechanisms to strictly control access to sensitive data
- Support the design and development of monitoring solutions for SINA systems and contribute to the creation of security concepts
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatik) with professional experience in system administration
- Solid knowledge of SINA products
- Experience with the SINA architecture for secure data processing
- Experience in developing security concepts
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including protocols, with emphasis on VPNs
- Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting
- Knowledge of authentication methods and data backup
