About the role

  • Recruitment Coordinator managing personnel development and retention processes for 60 social institutions in Germany. Driving recruitment strategies through creative campaigns and project collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Central coordination, management and further development of recruitment, personnel development and retention processes for our 60 social institutions and services nationwide.
  • Conceptual implementation and expansion of the employer branding and personnel marketing strategy as well as execution of online and offline campaigns.
  • Collaboration in cross-departmental projects.
  • Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing implemented measures as well as preparing reports.
