Responsibilities
Support and maintain Zuora billing and subscription management systems daily
Translate business requirements into Zuora configurations and workflow enhancements
Configure and optimize product catalogs, rate plans, billing rules, and invoice settings
Troubleshoot billing issues, resolve system errors, and ensure high data quality
Collaborate with users to minimize disruptions and drive system adoption
Document standard billing processes, configurations, and recurring issues
Generate recurring and ad hoc billing or revenue reports
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in enterprise billing, subscription management, or financial systems development
3–5+ years of hands-on Zuora platform experience, including Zuora Billing and advanced configurations (Payments, Revenue, CPQ a plus)
Demonstrated experience delivering complex subscription billing implementations in a SaaS or recurring‑revenue environment
Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy
