Responsibilities
Realizar prospecção ativa de leads (Outbound) via telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e outras ferramentas;
Qualificar leads inbound e outbound, entendendo perfil, necessidade e momento de compra;
Realizar o primeiro contato com potenciais clientes, apresentando a empresa e suas soluções;
Agendar reuniões qualificadas para Executivos de Vendas/Closers;
Registrar e atualizar informações dos leads no CRM;
Apoiar o acompanhamento do funil de vendas e indicadores de performance;
Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de Marketing e Vendas;
Buscar constantemente aprendizado sobre produtos, mercado e técnicas de vendas.
Requirements
Ensino superior completo ou em andamento (Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas);
Experiência inicial ou prévia em áreas comerciais, atendimento ao cliente, pré-vendas ou vendas internas;
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
Capacidade de aprender rápido e lidar com objeções;
Organização para controle de contatos, follow-ups e pipeline;
Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de CRM ou sistemas similares;
Perfil proativo, colaborativo e orientado a resultados.
