Responsibilities
- Execute policies and procedures related to primary and partial contributions of securitization transactions;
- Execute processes for registering receivables at B3 and other exchanges, clearinghouses and receivables registry agents;
- Execute payment processes to investors for interest, ordinary/extraordinary principal amortizations and premiums;
- Process banking transactions such as splits between collection agents and centralizing agents, and financial movements resulting from the monthly closing of the payment waterfall for securitization transactions;
- Execute transfers and interface with settlement banks for securitization transactions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics or related fields;
- Knowledge of B3 systems (Nome and FundosNet);
- Knowledge of receivables registry systems (e.g., CERC, C3);
- Experience in treasury/financial functions at banks, securitization companies or other players related to securitization;
- Previous experience in bank treasury, asset managers, securitization companies, fund administrators or receivables registries is desirable.
