About the role

  • As Amazon Vendor Operations Manager, oversee Amazon EU Vendor Accounts' operations while optimizing processes. Collaboration with commercial and internal teams is key in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operational responsibility for Amazon Vendor Account: You will oversee the operational management of the Amazon EU Vendor account and ensure that all relevant processes are implemented efficiently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on performance.
  • Interface & stakeholder management: As the central interface between Amazon and internal departments such as Sales, Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Marketing, you will ensure close coordination and smooth collaboration.
  • Forecasting & performance management: Together with the Commercial team, you will create, analyze and coordinate product forecasts and prepare relevant KPIs such as sell-out, pricing, stock levels and Buy Box performance.
  • Catalogue, data & compliance management: You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Amazon product catalogue in terms of data quality and coordinate escalations related to product compliance issues or product blocks.
  • Collaboration with Amazon & AVS: You will work closely with Amazon’s AVS team and escalate critical issues to the appropriate parties when necessary.

Requirements

  • E‑commerce & Amazon experience: You have experience in e‑commerce with a focus on Amazon Vendor Central, ideally in the sports nutrition, food or consumables sector.
  • Operational process competence: You have a solid understanding of operational processes in order management, forecasting and supply chain.
  • Catalogue, data & KPI know‑how: You have experience in catalogue management, ensure high product data quality, and possess strong analytical skills with confident handling of relevant KPIs.
  • Working style & communication: You work in a structured, independent and solution‑oriented way and demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Language skills: You have very good German and business‑fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Team orientation: You are a team player who values working in cross‑functional teams.
