Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze key business metrics (OKRs, financials, operational KPIs) to support decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Looker, Retool) for real-time business monitoring
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or revenue leakages within business processes
  • Propose and implement solutions (SOP improvements, automations, workflow changes)
  • Support and manage ad-hoc strategic projects from CEO Office
  • Conduct analysis to uncover growth opportunities and cost efficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or CEO Office
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and solve problems end-to-end
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Lark and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with automation or low-code tools (e.g., Retool, AppScript) is a plus
